Growing up in the foster care system, many foster youth do not always have the opportunity to buy new clothes while transitioning between homes. Often, they are forced to re-wear the same outfits, which can unfortunately lead to negative comments from their peers who may not understand their circumstances.

 

At We Up Next, we are committed to changing that narrative. Through our Shopping Spree Program, we empower foster youth to express themselves confidently through their clothing. By giving them the chance to choose their own outfits, we help build self-esteem, restore dignity, and remind them that they are seen, valued, and deserving.
